The reason;

This site was be taken down at the end of October 2008.

The week after visiting the ICFA annual meeting in Portland Oregon (last week of September 2008) where the icficf.com blog site was promoted to all, Google received a complaint from one (or more) of the advertisers with ads placed by Google on icficf.com and icfhomeinfo.com. It appears the complaint was ads were being placed on a site with inappropriate material for that advertiser.

Google is extremely vague in details, but the Google conclusion was to suspend the Adsense program on icficf.com and icfhomeinfo.com. We appealed but their decision was final no further explanation. Without revenue and support from more ICFA members or the Associations "old boy network" we were forced to shut down.

What we did discover, is a way to harm up and coming competitors using King Google. King Google always goes with the bigger money.

So next time you want to stop a competitor with a better site simply file a complaint of inappropriate material. No more ads on that site, so no more revenue on that site. No trial, no face your accusers, just some flunky at King Google declaring you are shut off!. Long live King Google !!

Ironically it was possible for both Google and icficf.com to filter out any advertiser from displaying on the site. But we guess it was easier for Google to just shut off the small fry.
